Who owns the fan data?

The artist owns their fan data. The current Studio offering provides exportable, portable fan records.

For help with a data request or export, contact the Studio team with the artist name and Studio URL. Avoid sending fan lists or other personal data through the general support form.

Request help with an export

Choose Fan data request in the support form. Include the artist, Studio URL, your role and a description of the records you need. If a date range or campaign matters, include it in the request.

Keep the request focused

Explain the intended use and who should receive the export. Do not paste fan records into the form or attach a public fan list. Ask the team to confirm the appropriate access and delivery process.
