How do fans exercise their privacy rights?

How fan privacy and deletion requests are routed and handled on a STUDIO campaign, what the label or management side has to do, and how opt-outs propagate to connected systems.

Fans contact EVEN support at support@even.biz. EVEN honors those requests under the controller and processor structure that applies to the campaign.

What your team has to do

EVEN coordinates privacy requests. Your team may need to act on records held in its own systems or exported files, according to the applicable campaign responsibilities. Keep EVEN informed so the request can be handled across the relevant records.

Deletion requests

A fan can email support@even.biz from the email address or phone number on their account and ask to have their account or data removed. EVEN verifies them against those account details, so the fan does not have to prove their identity separately.

How opt-outs propagate

Data and unsubscribe status can transfer where the integration supports them. Confirm the destination’s supported fields and sync behavior with EVEN, and honor the recorded preferences. Downloaded files are snapshots: your team must apply later opt-outs or deletion changes to copies it controls.

Settled before launch

Your EVEN team confirms the controller and processor structure and the opt-in language with you before launch, naming the parties actually involved. Nobody should be working this out while requests are arriving.

If a request reaches you first

Point the fan to support@even.biz. You can also raise it in your shared thread with your EVEN team, and they will pick it up there.
