How can we export fan and order data?
Export permitted records with the required permissions, and carry consent and unsubscribe status into supported systems.
The artist and team can export their campaign data during the partnership and at its end. Access to identifiable records and downloads is controlled by dashboard permissions.
Member permissions for a download
A member needs PII permission plus the matching Fan export or Merch export permission. The PII toggle in the sidebar must also be on at download time. Without the required permissions, the member sees masked identities and cannot download the records.
Fan export covers fan data, presale signups and chat exports. Merch export covers order downloads, including Export for Shopify. Admins manage member permissions on Users.
Transfers to your tools
All data can be transferred where the receiving integration supports it. Carry consent and unsubscribe status with the records and honor those preferences in the destination system. The supported fields and sync behavior depend on the connection; confirm them with EVEN during setup.
Downloaded files
A downloaded file is a snapshot. Your team is responsible for keeping exported data secure and applying later consent, unsubscribe and deletion changes to its own systems. Use supported connections where an ongoing transfer is needed.
