What is Top Fans?
See fan engagement scores and rankings alongside purchase, listening and community activity.
Top Fans helps your team understand engagement across a campaign. The leaderboard includes scores and ranks, with views based on combined activity, spend, streams or messages.
Read the fan record
Where enabled, a fan record brings together purchases, listening, presale signup, hotel stays, consent, an engagement score and a journey timeline. It can also include recent chat messages.
Respect access permissions
Members need the relevant page access. Identity details are masked unless PII permission is enabled, but spend, purchase history and messages may remain visible. Turn off Fans and Fan Chat for partners who do not need that detail.
Contact and export
Use consented channels when reaching out to a fan. Exports require the appropriate permissions; supported CRM transfers carry consent and unsubscribe status. Content access remains the artist’s and team’s decision.
