What analytics do we get on traffic and conversion?

The dashboard refreshes every 5 minutes and brings sales, traffic, audience and community reporting together. Page access determines which views a user can open. Personal details, exports and actions have separate permissions.

Sales, traffic and conversion

Sales and revenue update every 5 minutes, so on a fast-moving drop your team can follow performance throughout the day. Traffic sources and conversion sit side by side, so you can see where fans arrived from and how many of them went on to buy. Read those two together and you know whether a push landed or just moved numbers.

Audience

The audience view covers fan growth, opt in rates and geography. Geography tells you which markets fans are arriving from, which helps when you are deciding territory availability or regional pricing.

Community signals

Community signals cover chat volume and sentiment, plus the superfan leaderboard. They measure engagement rather than transactions: how much fans are talking, whether the conversation is positive or negative, and which fans are the most engaged.

Order data and exports

Members with Merch access can view order details, product options, status and tracking. Personal details and addresses require PII permission. Order exports, including Export for Shopify, require PII plus Merch export; fan-related exports require PII plus Fan export. The sidebar PII toggle must be on at download time. Admins manage these permissions on Users.

Using it during the campaign

The dashboard refreshes every 5 minutes so your team can follow performance. Request changes to release settings, pricing, content and modules through EVEN; admins and members cannot edit release settings in the dashboard. Chart-sensitive changes need review before publication.
