How is UK and EU fan data handled?
Use the applicable privacy policy, access controls and consent records when viewing or transferring fan data.
STUDIO uses access controls and consent records to support the campaign’s data-handling requirements. EVEN’s general Privacy Policy and any approved partner-specific policies describe the applicable practices.
Access and exports
Partners use Member accounts with access set by an admin. Identifiable data and exports require the appropriate permissions. Data can be transferred to supported systems with consent and unsubscribe information.
Handling a transfer
Confirm the receiving system, permitted fields and applicable campaign requirements with EVEN. Your team is responsible for securely handling downloaded records and applying later changes to its own copies.
Privacy requests
Fans can contact support@even.biz about access, correction or deletion. EVEN coordinates the request and any action required from a partner holding exported records.
