Sending to the right fans
Use the fan’s recorded channel consent and honor unsubscribe status. A purchase, account or phone number alone is not permission to send marketing messages.
Connected marketing tools
Data and unsubscribe status can transfer where the integration supports them. Confirm the fields and sync setup with EVEN. In the STUDIO dashboard, Dotdigital connection and sync actions are restricted to admins.
Other channels
If the campaign needs another messaging channel, confirm its availability and commercial terms with your EVEN team before including it in the plan.
