How do I reach the right team at EVEN?
Choose the route for a new STUDIO, an active campaign or a fan-support issue.
For a new STUDIO, use Request access and share the artist, release and proposed timing. For an existing STUDIO team request, use the support form or studio@even.biz.
Active campaigns
Use the shared thread with your EVEN team for urgent release issues and approved campaign changes.
Fans
Fans should email support@even.biz with their receipt or order number when relevant. Fan support is available Monday through Saturday, 6 AM to 9 PM ET.
