How do I contact EVEN STUDIO support?
Send your question to the Studio team with the details they need.
Use the contact-support form or email studio@even.biz. Include your name, contact email, artist or team name, and the Studio URL when relevant.
Explain what you need help with and any deadline. For a technical issue, include the affected page, device, browser and what happened. Never include passwords or full payment-card details.
Choose the right request type
Use Technical issue for something that is not working, Release or content update for a site change, and Fan data request for help with records or exports. General support covers other questions.
Help us understand the request
Include the artist or team, the affected Studio URL and a clear description. Mention any relevant deadline with its time zone. Add a supporting link when it makes the issue easier to understand.
After you submit
The form displays a confirmation when the submission succeeds. If it reports an error, try again or email studio@even.biz with the same details. Avoid resubmitting repeatedly if you have already received confirmation.
