How are international shipping, duties and taxes handled?

Agree international shipping, duties and tax handling before the campaign goes live. The checkout model and the existing agreement determine each party’s responsibilities.
Shipping
Your existing fulfillment partner can handle shipping, or an arrangement can be made with EVEN. Confirm destinations, rates, handling charges and delivery information for the offer.
Sales tax and VAT
EVEN handles transaction taxes for EVEN checkout. With Shopify checkout, the partner’s store handles payments and transaction taxes. Taxes and shipping are excluded from the base used to calculate EVEN’s 5% physical-sales fee.
Duties, returns and support
Confirm how customs duties and import fees are charged and communicated to fans for the campaign. Return eligibility and costs follow the agreement and published policy; all physical returns require partner approval. Fans can contact EVEN support with order questions.
