What should I prepare for a Studio launch?
A practical starting point for your first conversation with the team.
Prepare the artist name, target release date, campaign goals and the best contact for your team. Include links to existing creative direction and a list of the music, products or experiences you want to offer.
Share any fixed announcement dates, preorder plans and dependencies with the Studio team. Your team will confirm the specific assets, delivery requirements and launch schedule for the campaign.
1. Define the launch
Write a short brief with the artist name, release title, target date and time zone, campaign objective and approval contact. Identify what must be ready for the announcement and what can follow later.
2. Prepare the handoff
Organize approved music, artwork, product copy and inventory information in a shared folder. Include existing domain details and any partners involved in distribution, fulfillment or ticketing. Flag unfinished assets and dependencies.
3. Confirm before announcing
Ask your Studio team to confirm scope and timing. Review the preview on mobile, check product information and confirm access windows. A requested date is not a confirmed launch date until the team has agreed it.
