Does EVEN sell tickets?

Where the line sits between EVEN and the tour's ticketer, what the presale lifecycle covers on the artist's site, what a fan does from signup to redemption, and what it costs.

No, EVEN does not sell tickets. EVEN is not a ticket platform, and tickets stay with the ticketer. EVEN runs the parts around the ticket sale: the signup, the fan data, the codes, the community and the hotel booking.

What stays with the ticketer

The sale stays with the ticketer. The tour’s ticketer sells the tickets, and fans redeem their presale codes there. Running Touring does not change the ticketing relationship the tour already has. EVEN gets the fan their code and the information they need, and the ticketer handles the purchase.

What EVEN runs

EVEN runs the full presale lifecycle: presale signups on the artist’s site, community around the tour, unique presale codes delivered by text and email, waitlists when shows sell out, and hotel booking on every date through STAY. Together these give a direct path from fandom to registration, presales, ticket access, waitlists, hospitality and live experiences. Every step records which fan took it.

What the fan experiences

A fan signs up on the artist’s site before the tour goes live. When it goes live, their own code arrives by text and email with instructions for the ticketer, and they buy at the ticketer. If the code does not work, they should first check that they are on the right ticketer page for their show and date, then check that they entered the code exactly as it was sent. If it still fails, they email support@even.biz with the code and the show.

Why the split works this way

Ticket sales are the ticketer’s business. The signup, the fan data, the codes, the community and the hotel booking are where EVEN operates. The two do not overlap. Touring runs the presale your team is already running, the signup, data, code delivery and waitlist tooling come with it, and it connects to your existing CRM.

What it costs

Turning Touring on costs nothing. There is no fee for the module. The team earns a revenue share on every hotel booking made through STAY, which is hotel booking built into every date of the tour.
