How does EVEN keep bots and brokers out of presales?

How presale access stays with verified fans: authenticated signups, one unique code per fan, checks at the point of sale, purchase limits and what clean sales give you afterward.

Presale access runs on authenticated signups. Each verified fan gets one unique code, sent privately by text and email. The verification sits inside how the presale works, so it is not a filter added on top of an open signup form.

Verified fans only

Presale signups are authenticated. Before a fan gets presale access, they verify with a one-time code sent to their phone number or email. That means your presale list holds real, reachable people instead of unverified addresses somebody typed into a form.

One code per fan

Each verified fan gets one unique code. It goes to that fan privately by text and email, and it never appears anywhere a broker could collect it or resell it.

Checks at the point of sale

Every purchase runs Stripe authentication, card fingerprinting, reCAPTCHA and email verification. Together they make it hard for one buyer to place repeat orders across many payment methods.

One purchase per fan on chart releases

On releases where qualifying sales can be reported under applicable chart rules, each fan can buy once. That limit means every sale belongs to a different person.

What verified sales give you afterward

A verified presale gives you usable data as well as a fairer sale. Every purchase has a verified fan behind it, and that feeds the unified fan data and the superfan leaderboard in your dashboard, plus segments you can push to marketing. A presale filled by brokers leaves you with resale traffic. A presale filled by verified fans leaves you with a fan relationship you can carry into the next rollout.
