What should we do if music leaks or a takedown is needed?
Report the affected release and links to your EVEN team so the response can follow the agreement.
Raise the issue in your shared campaign thread as soon as you identify it. Include the release, where the content appears, the link and when you noticed it. EVEN’s protection measures include leak monitoring under the existing agreements and requirements.
Give the team usable evidence
Share the affected URL, a screenshot if useful, and the action you need reviewed. Keep unreleased files and private fan information in the agreed secure channels.
Access and removal
The artist and team control content access. Ask EVEN to distinguish ending new sales, changing existing fan access and taking the content down. The response and any external takedown work follow the applicable agreement and campaign requirements.
Release-week escalation
Use the shared team thread for urgent campaign issues. Confirm the campaign’s coverage and escalation contacts with EVEN rather than assuming a universal response-time commitment.
