What your team should prepare
Gather approved artwork, product names and descriptions, music assets and the person who signs off on the site. Keep these in a clearly labeled shared folder. Identify anything that is still a draft before handing it over.
Review the fan journey
When your team receives a preview, check the site on a phone. Read the product details, follow the purchase journey and confirm the intended listening experience. Send one consolidated list of requested changes with the affected page links.
