What exclusives can live alongside the release?

What can attach to a STUDIO release alongside the album, from bonus tracks and exclusive editions to physical, merch, video and events, how add-ons are treated for chart reporting, and the modules that extend the site beyond the release.

Merch, video, documents, galleries and events can all attach to the release, each with its own price, and so can bonus tracks. Everything sits on the same storefront, so a fan buys the record and the extras in one place.

Bonus tracks and exclusive editions

Bonus tracks with their own artwork attach to the release as exclusives. That is how you build an exclusive edition: the standard album, plus extra material fans can only get on the artist’s storefront.

Physical and merch

Vinyl, CDs and merch sit next to the digital album. Pressing takes time, so physical pre-orders show an estimated ship window on the product page. Fans get tracking the moment an order ships. You set shipping regions per release, and fans see them at checkout.

Video, documents, galleries and events

Video, documents, galleries and events each attach to the release with their own price. They give the campaign more to sell alongside the record: liner material, visuals, and access to events happening in person.

What this does to chart eligibility

Only qualifying album sales are reported as album units. Add-ons and incentives can affect the offer’s eligibility. Under the UK framework, the qualifying digital album cannot be bundled with tickets, merch or physical products, or attached to competitions, vouchers or unrelated gifts. Ask EVEN to review the full offer before launch.

Beyond the release itself

Exclusives are only one part of a STUDIO site. Community chat, feed, content, livestreams, and touring modules for presales and hospitality can all run alongside them. Each campaign turns on whichever modules fit the rollout, so the site can carry on past street date into content, merch and touring. Custom modules for unique needs need a 7-day lead time. Your EVEN team configures the mix during setup, and because you choose that mix per campaign, STUDIO sites differ from one another.
