What are STUDIO modules?

What the standard STUDIO module set includes, what custom modules require, how the mix is chosen at kickoff against the rollout, and what changes once a campaign is live.

Modules are the building blocks a STUDIO site is assembled from. Your campaign turns on whichever ones fit your rollout, so no two STUDIOs run the same set.

The standard set

The standard set covers the parts of a rollout most campaigns need, and you can turn each one on by itself.

Digital Music is the release itself: pre-orders, exclusive early tracks, pricing and the player.

Community Chat is the room around the release, free for any fan to join with no purchase necessary.

Feed is where the artist posts updates straight to fans on their own site, with no platform algorithm deciding who sees them.

Content holds video, galleries, documents and behind-the-scenes material. You can leave it open to everyone or attach it to a purchase.

Livestreams play inside the STUDIO, so fans never get sent off to another site to watch.

Touring covers presale signups, unique fan codes, waitlists and STAY hotel booking on every date.

What the mix is doing

The modules you pick decide how a campaign turns attention into a fan relationship your team can carry forward. Every pre-order, chat join and presale code creates a fan record the artist can reach for the next release. You end the campaign with an audience you can contact again, as well as with the revenue from the sales themselves.

Custom modules

EVEN can build anything outside the standard set for your campaign, with a 7-day lead time. Raise it at kickoff so that lead time fits inside the calendar instead of landing in release week.

How the mix gets chosen

You choose the mix at kickoff with your EVEN team, working back from what your rollout needs. A surprise drop with no tour uses a very different set from an album campaign with three months of pre-order and a world tour attached.

Changing the mix later

You can turn modules on while a campaign is live. If your campaign reports to the charts, send any change that touches the release itself through your EVEN team, so the chart bodies stay notified under applicable chart rules.
