EVEN handles publishing and mechanicals for the STUDIO services covered by the agreement in place. Coverage includes early-access streaming, downloads, livestreams and video, subject to the campaign’s requirements and agreed scope.
Licensing and territories
EVEN is licensed by the performing rights organizations and the MLC. The confirmed territorial coverage includes the US, Canada and the UK. EVEN monitors usage and arranges the licenses required as campaigns reach fans in other territories.
Your campaign’s scope
Share the music, download plan, video and livestream uses, and intended territories with EVEN during setup. Your team can request the applicable licensing documentation. The agreement defines the services and rights covered; this answer does not expand that agreement.
Royalty accounting
Music revenue is paid to the label or distributor under the agreement for royalty accounting. The artist and team remain responsible for providing content they are authorized to supply and for the obligations allocated to them in the agreement.
