How fast can a campaign go live?
What the 72-hour build window includes and what falls outside it: chart registration lead times, custom module lead times, how surprise drops are handled, and how the launch calendar is set at kickoff.
A standard STUDIO build typically takes 72 hours once approved assets and required information are ready. A 12-hour turnaround can be supported when confirmed by EVEN for the campaign. Chart registration and custom work have separate lead times.
What the 72 hours covers
The 72 hours covers the build itself: design drawn from the release creative, module configuration, domain setup, pricing and the offer. The clock starts when your assets and approvals are in, not at the first conversation. A late creative approval pushes a launch date far more often than the build does.
What usually takes longer
For US reporting, a new storefront URL needs Luminate/Billboard approval at least 14 days before offers go live. An already approved, live storefront needs no new URL approval. For UK reporting, every campaign requires written notice to OCC and Kantar at least 14 days before launch, including campaigns on existing storefronts. Plan the required registration before setting the build dates.
Custom work
Modules outside the standard set need a 7-day lead time of their own. If your rollout depends on something custom, that lead time sets your launch date rather than the build.
Surprise drops
A surprise drop works because EVEN builds the site and holds it until the moment you announce. You can reveal and sell on the same day, as long as the build and any chart registration happened quietly in advance.
Building the calendar
Campaigns have gone live in 72 hours, but most run to a longer calendar. Your EVEN team builds that calendar with you at kickoff, working back from street date. You see the full build before launch, nothing publishes without your sign-off, and the calendar sets aside time for your approvals rather than assuming them.
