Are sales reported gross or net?
Understand sales totals, the fee base and the deductions that affect settlement.
STUDIO reporting includes sales and revenue information. Gross sales, the amount used to calculate EVEN’s fee and the amount ultimately paid to a partner are different figures.
Physical-sales fee base
The fee is 5% of physical product sales after excluding taxes and shipping. It uses the same base under EVEN checkout and Shopify checkout.
Settlement amounts
The existing agreement determines revenue share, payout timing and the treatment of refunds, chargebacks, taxes and processing fees. Do not assume that subtracting the revenue share alone produces the final payout.
Reconcile the reporting period
Compare the campaign’s orders, refunds and settlement records for the same period. If a figure needs explanation, share the order or payment reference with your EVEN team. Export access depends on the user’s permissions.
